Do I need a collar tag?
Compatible implanted microchips are normally read directly. A collar tag may be useful for an unchipped pet or if a chip is not compatible; confirm compatibility for your pet before purchase.
Can one Hub work with more than one Sure Petcare product?

Will a Connect flap work if the internet goes down?
